Parking: When you pull into our driveway, please park on the left side. 2 cars can easily fit in tandem.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do not charge a deposit for booking a reservation.

Allergies: To avoid disappointment please confirm immediately of any dietary allergies, restrictions or preferences or dislikes. We purchase groceries and plan meals ahead of your arrival.

We are a smoke free home, both indoors and out.

| Damage/Safety Regulations |
Guests are responsible/liable for any damage to their rooms that they or their visitors do to their rooms. Which includes damage to walls, ceiling, ripped or stained linens, towels, damage to doors and common areas.
We cannot be held liable for any damages or losses due to theft or vandalism.
Fire safety regulations prohibit burning of candles or incense in the B and B. |
| Televisions |
Our Town has a lot to offer—wineries, amazing dining, The Shaw Festival, hiking, cycling, watersports, parks, etc. Therefore we do not offer televisions in any rooms. |
| Room cleaning/maintenance |
We follow strict covid cleaning and maintenance.
As such we will not be entering a guests room during their stay. We will offer to change towels and freshen up the room after the 3rd day of a guests stay with us.
We also ask all guests to avoid entering our kitchen to help us maintain a clean environment. |
| Pets/Children |
We cannot accommodate guests with their travelling pets.
Serendipity B and B is an adult oriented B and B catering to adults. We will consider children over the age of 10. [Sorry, we cannot accommodate infants]. |
| Location |
We are proudly located in Old Town. Only 1.1Km [or 0.68 miles] to the clock tower on Queen Street.
Most of our guests walk as it is only 7 short blocks away. |
| Restaurants & Wineries |
Restaurants and Wineries: We have been advised that you should make reservations for all restaurants and wineries tours/tastings well in advance to avoid disappointments. |
